Rod Shoes

• Econo
• Standard
• Heavy Duty
• Oversized Heavy Duty

Each grade of rod shoe has been designed for a particular purpose. The Econo shoe, characterized by a flat face profile, is as the name suggests and typically not to be withdrawn from the hole and reused. The other three grades are formulated to offer successive increases in life for a given formation and may be selected either for repeat use, or for additional assurance that bedrock will be reached without the need to withdraw the drill rod to replace the shoe.
